change the options automatically

I have a sheet (attached here)

Where i want to give alternatives in a new set like set 1, 2, 3 and so on

i. e. question and answer will be the same but location of each option should be changed everytime

can i do that automatically using excel formual that i give command and all alternatives appear in a new way every time

plz help

but you want the A B C D to be only show once right? so i would show answer A 2 times?

What you are describe is the common combinations problem, I believe. Here's a tool to show all the combinations for X number of items, where X is 1-7.
