Hello
I have an example in the attached file.
I have a sample of firm-year-stage and I want to check how many firms survive in each stage.
If the firm does not exist, it means that it does not survive.
For checking surviving and to give "fair" option, I am starting from 2008-2011
as I want to give firm A the chance that it survives for 3 years after that.
It actually does not matter what is the stage No in the next years, the only important thing is that the
the firm exist.
Can you help me with the formula,
Thanks!
