Change of Dates with respect of Months

Dear Sir
I have enclosed excel sheet in which there are dates from start of month to end of month and there is header of month,
My question is when I change month, lets say February 2017 to dates which are having formula, should stop at 28/02/2017, or If I change to February 2016 it should stop at 29/02/2016 or if I change to May 2017 it should go till 31/05/2017
Please change the Header to different months in enclosed attachment, and see my Question there

In cell B7 with your current layout you can try below approach:
=IF(EOMONTH($B$4,0)<($B$4+A7-1),"",$B$4+A7-1)
Copy down till 31st.
