Change new comment template

Hi guys. I use comments a lot. The template comes up with "User" showing at the top. I would like to remove the word user and put in some dialogue of my own. Thus when I call up any new comment it will have that dialogue in it. Effectively this will be my new comment template.

I do not want to change previous comments. I only want to change the way new comments are displayed. I cannot seem to find out how to do this.

Does anyone have a simple solution?

Hi,


for Excel 2003 : Tools -> Options -> under "General" tab, change the text of UserName textbox. When you insert a new comment, the same text appears on the new comment.


Excel 2007, 2010 : File -> Options -> General -> UsernameTextbox.
