change data in one cell dynamicaly that change updates in the table

hello all my firends i have a question about excel. i want find adata in a big table with data validation and VLOOKUP function i can do that , but i want change the value when i found it then dinamicaly that value updates in the table, for example ifi have 100 names and with e mails with data validation i choose a name then with vlook up the email will upper i want change the email in the cell dynamicaly that email changes in the table .thank you so much

Welcome to the forums! Why don't you just filter the data and change the email id?? I mean you can follow Chandoo's KISS principle (KISS: Keep It Simple Stupid).

thanks for your answer i learnt from you the kiss principle lol that is the first time i heard about it thanx. and about my question i have a table of data about budjet of one organaization the budjet divided in tow about more than 100 rows one row for salary one raw for purchases extra. so some time we want to transform money form one row to another , then i need to maek a list for witch row has transform money so i want when i make a list and change the value in the list dynamicaly find that row in the table for me and change it . thanx again
