Chandoo dashboard sample and advice

Hi All, I have incorporated Chandoo's sample budget Dashboard into my budget file, but I need the following tabs putting in also as new tabs (some are already covered in the file so ignore):
-Site Director high level thoughts
-Budget vs this year forecast in the standard MA table
-Waterfall for sales, Variable profit and EBITDA
-Budget vs BP maybe?
-Risks and opportunities
-Capex
-Working capital

Anyone heard of a waterfall? Or are there any good youtube videos or info to use ? Secondly, Working Capital - is there a dashboard out there to use for this?

I have attached my current working file - cheers :)
