I created a button with an imbedded hyperlink that takes me to a web site. Up until recently it has been working flawlessly.
In the last day or two I've been getting the following MS Excel Security Warning Certificate error message:
...however, when I click on [OK], it continues on to the imbedded website with no further issues. What does "The application experienced an internal error loading the SSL libraries."mean?

but was not enlightened.
Apparently this error is going around like a mild case of the flu but with no remedy.
Any family remedies?
