Hello Eveyone,

I'm sure this is really easy but I just haven't worked out how to do it, so if you can please help.

I have a Row of data. The row gets updated monthly and I want to display elsewhere if the last figure entered was greater (or not) than the previous figure. So currenlty this looks like : =If(J11>I11,E2,E3) E2 and E3 are up and down arrows.

I would like to be able to just enter next months data and the formula automatically move along. Can this be done?

Thanks and I hope you can help

Laura

Hi Laura,

In case of ROW wise data input, you can try this one too..

=IF(INDEX(11:11,,MATCH(99^99,11:11))>INDEX(11:11,,MATCH(99^99,11:11)-1),E2,E3)
