Cell Background color

Dear reader,

I want to copy cell back ground color from one excel to another excel based on 1 Column. is that possible?

attached sample excel.

Ex. James is part of Sheet 1 and Sheet2. if his name matches in sheet 2 update colur from Amt field from sheet1 to sheet2.
