Categorize time stamps.

I kindly need help with the following situation.


I have a set of data with about 300k different time stamps. I would like to classify these time stamps based on a 24 hour criteria.


Example

if the time stamp is 7:42 the result would be 7-8

if the time stamp is 20:30 the result would be 20-21


In my data T2:T24 has the categories ie 0-1;1-2; 2-3.....23-00 which will be the result of the formula.


What formula should I therefore use to return the category by checking if the time stamp falls between the categorization?
