Cash Reconcilation

Dear Sir,

1) I wanted to do cash reconciliation for the month.

2) I have advance Sheet and another one is Cash Ledger.

3) I wanted to check Cash ledger from Advance sheet (Advance sheet is correct data sheet)

4) I wanted to check day wise whether all entries are passed in the ledger with amount and vehicle number is correct.

Which format do You use?
No matter now,
I made a new routine ... now there are yellow color to tell challenges.
Ps Is there any reason why 'Cash ledger's Note-columns values had ... A LOT of spaces after four numbers?
