Can't access Pivot Table/Chart Field List. Using Mac computer.

So I'm trying to do this assignment for my excel class but I've noticed that there are a few things I've been able to do because I am using a Mac for this program and not windows. Which yes has been extremely frustrating considering I keep getting docked points for being unable to complete things. Please excuse my rant.

Anywho I am currently trying to remove a series from a Pivot Chart but I absolutely can't do so because the field list will not pop up. I also tried to use a slicer to atlas filter it out of the chart but it is also not allowing me to do that. The majority of my PivotChart Analyze pane is disabled and I have no idea why.

Tried attaching a screenshot of it but didn't let me select it. Hopefully I can later on

There could also be differences between ANY Excel-versions; not only between Mac and other OS!
Slicers - so far those won't be useful if use Mac.
A screenshot - with Mac - press Cmd+Shift+5 ... (or depends which version do You use).
Could You send a sample of Your challenge file?

All I need to do is remove the Average Base Cost series from the PivotChart.

All I need to do is remove the Average Base Cost series from the PivotChart.
All You needed was to click one of 'the Average Base Cost series' and select 'Delete' from right-click-menu

Well I know I can delete it from the Label but it doesn't give me the option to delete the bars from the chart. But it's strange I was looking at the one you sent me and in that file it gave me the option to delete it. I decided to go back to see if it would give me that option on the original file and no again it doesn't give that option. That's so odd.

Everything is ... normal.
Which version of Excel do You use?
Did You try to do 'right-click' on that chart...
Select Data ...
and so on?
... without 'the original file', I could only guess..

Oh yeah ...
I use 2011-version and it seems to work 'normally'.
Have You googled what kind of other challenges would someone has noticed.
Some/many times ... older versions would be more steady ... sorry for You.

I haven't really seen what others have had problems with I just know that while taking this class there were a handful of things I haven't been able to do because of it that have caused my grade to go down. It's okay my class is almost over and I'm passing so that's all that currently matters haha. Thank you very much for your help.

Why call something like hmm? some problem ... if those are more like challenge which could solve?
Your: I'm passing so that's all that currently matters haha.
... interesting point ... hmm?
... how to find something positive to comment?
Good luck.
