Can we change the position of axis in charts??

Hi all,

Can we change the position of axis in charts. For example, Y axis becomes on the position X and vice versa.

Hi:
Excel default option:
  1. Click on the chart.
  2. New tabs appear on the menu ribbon called "Design", "Layout" and "Format".
  3. Click on the "Design" tab.
  4. In Design tab click on the button called "Switch Row/Column" within the "data" group.
