Can sumifs formula return a text value?

Hi,

I am trying to create a sumifs formula which returns a text value but it's not working, the formula is shown in attached screenshots. Can someone please help?

Sorry, it should have have actually been E3:E73 but now it's just showing zero value, how do I get it to return the text "Not required up to 180 days"? File attached

In E5, formula copy down :

=IF(A5="","",VLOOKUP(A5,'Country Info'!A$3:E$73,5,0)&"")
