California Overtime

Hello Everyone,
Please HELP! I've been trying to figure this out for a months.

I need help with a calculating a years worth of time cards for California overtime.

CA law states for overtime:

1) Daily (8hrs) AND Weekly (40hrs)
But they cannot "pyramid" each other.

2) Double time (12hrs +)

3) On the 7th consecutive day of work, first 8 hours is overtime, double time for hrs thereafter). Our workweek begins on Saturday's.

For the image below, the total overtime calculations should read:

Reg hrs = 40 hrs
Daily Overtime = 8hrs
Double Time = 1.75
Weekly Overtime = 13.09

Side Note: The hours are in "number" format.

HOW TO CALCULATE:
Regular hours:

10.23 + 10.40 + 10.38 + only 8.99 hrs from 10.08(C84) (to make 40 hrs weekly)
=40 reg hours
=1.09 hrs remaining weekly overtime

Weekly and DT:

13.75 (C85) is considered weekly and DT
=1.75 DT hours
=12.00 weekly OT + 1.09 weekly overtime from above
=13.09 weekly total

Daily Overtime Calculations:

10.23-8=2.23 OT
10.40-8=2.40 OT
10.38-8=2.38 OT
8.99- 8 =0.99 OT (8.99 is because .99 made the "total 40 hrs" but must still be paid as OT. (reference: "regular hrs" above and cell C84)

=8 hours daily overtime
FINAL CALCULATIONS:

REGULAR HOURS: 40.00
OVERTIME TOTAL: 21.09
DOUBLE TIME: 1.75

What kind of clock do they use in California?
Why You do not use 'real clock values'?
I tried to figure something like Your photo...
