Calculation of Total Rent in incremental fashion for next 20 Years

Hello Team,

I am paying Rent on agreement basis and the Rent gets increased every agreement year by Rs.1000.

The agreement date is 01/05/2019 and ends on 30/04/2019 (Assume the Rent, that I am paying is around 25K).. From next agreement year (01/05/2020 to 30/04/2021) my Rent would be 25K+1K = 26K.. Like this if I keep paying for next 20 years, I would like to see how much money I will spend in this Rent alone.

Can someone help me in putting this calculation in excel pls. Thanks in advance.

Do you pay your rent on a monthly or yearly base? Is the monthly rent 25K?
