Hello Everyone,
Could anyone please help me in cracking the sum of hours. The scenario is below.
The time is associated with the text DO. For example:- DO8 means 8 hours being worked on a DayOff; DO11.5 means 11.5 hours being worked on a DayOff.
So, for over a period of 1 week, there are different hours or just some codes like W. I need to extract the numeric part wherever DO is there and accordingly sum the hours row-wise.
Attaching the excel herewith. I have written a formula using SUMPRODUCT and RIGHT which does not seem to be working in all scenarios. Please check the file and provide a better dynamic formula.
