Calculating Median with multiple criteria

Hi,

I want to calculate median for values of column X, Y, Z, and AA. However, I want to create a single formula so that, if select the drop down in cell AD1 as EV/Rev., then median will be for column X, and if data in cell AD1 is EV/EBITDA, then the median will be for column Y, if cell AD1 is EV/EBIT then the median will be for column Z, and finally if the cell AD1 is P/E, then the median will be for cell AA.

However, all the median calculations will be on the basis of two conditions that is column AC should match with column J, row 3 should match with column V.

Please help me with the same.
