Calculated item Problem occured

Hi Istiyak,

If you look closely you will find that there is no Brand 2 Under World 01 resulting in Division by Zero Error. There are only two Brand 1 available you can check manually.

Dear Istiyak,

With pivot table, You do not have many options left.

Try adding an helper column containing "OK" and "Error" where that value is determined by your calculated item.
Then in the pivot table put the 'OK/Error' label in the Page area and select only 'OK'.

I would rather suggest you to consider PowerPivot where You will not have any issues like this.

I am ok with that if brand2 is not available. But pivot table should only display Actaul responses not errors.

Please suggest.

Hi,

For this you need to go to Pivot table options & tick the check box against for error values how:, leave the value box bank. Now the error will disappear in your pivot. Filer on non-blank in pivot & you will get the required details
