Building a Formula to a closed workbook with the Indirect Function

I thought I was an Indirect Rockstar and use it all of the time within a single workbook...

Then I ran into a new challenge

I am trying to build a formula to retrieve a value from a closed workbook while storing most of my variables in other local cells... I feel like I'm bark up the wrong tree on my current path and tried a few googler searches to see if I could get pointed in the right direction without much luck...

INDIRECT function does not work on closed workbooks.
