Blank Cell Population

Hi,
I have a spreadsheet i am populating but am having to populate 2 columns depending on content. If Col D1 is blank i want F1 to be blank aswell. If however i populate D1 then i want F1 to show an answer No as an example.
Simple i am sure, but my brain isnt finding the answer today.
