Best VBA Course?

Moving from intermediate level excel user to advanced, and feel like I'm being held back by not knowing how to create Macro's without recording. Can anyone recommend a good online course or in-person course in NJ (USA) area?

I would suggest Chandoo's online VBA Classes because i already take training on that. Intially, i dont' have any knowledge in VBA (zero level) but now i can able to write my own VBA program and automate my job process. Chandoo's explanation about VBA concepts & their use and requirement is awesome. Thank you so much chandoo for his contribution to make people awesome in VBA also.
