Best options from a list

First up this is for a tipping comp between friends where we have to pick a team of riders for the tour and who ever has the most points at the end of the race wins bragging rights. I want to add a little bit more data to results.

I have a list of riders in the tour de france, which we have assigned a $$ value to. At the beginning we have a set budget that we can spend to buy 9 riders. Points are awarded to each rider after each leg based off the points won in the actual race and special events.

What I want is to be able to show which combination of 9 riders, using the original $$ value, would have scored the most points without going over the original budget.

So for the purpose of this there would be three columns:
Rider
$Price
Points

Hope this make sense
