Barcode allocation using VBA

I want to create the Marcos to distribute the barcode to resources.

Eg,
Name count/% allocation

Amit - 20
Ajay- 30
Sumit-60

i have barcode list in dump file , i want to distribute among the above user in mentioned count, Pls help
