Bar Chart with CAGR appended to Labels

Hi All,
I am trying to create a chart as attached. I have created using think-cell but would like to see if it is possible to automatically create one like this in excel.

Hi erenm....

Those % indicator can be drawn upon stacked chart. Their Label can be assign a formula so that if % change their values also change.
