Background Color of A Pivot Table

I created a pivot table and set the background color light red. Each time when I refresh the data, the background color will turn into white if the data is lesser compared to before. How do I make it light red irregardless how many time I refresh it?

Then , one possibility is to use VBA to restore the desired formatting each time the pivot table is filtered / refreshed.

Upload your workbook with the data and the pivot table(s) for this.

Hi ,

I am sorry but I cannot help , since your file has been created in Excel 2013 , and I have Excel 2010.

Hopefully someone else who has a compatible Excel version will help.
