Back calculating discount rate

Hi, I have the stream of cash flows, the dates and the npv value. Can I back calculate the discount rate that was used to arrive at this NPV value for the given stream of dates and cash flows? I don't want to use goal seek. Need a formula or function.

Bumping this thread again. I am currently managing using goal seek but somehow feel that there must be another way

Here it is. I calculated E8 using a discount rate of 15%. Now assuming I have the NPV value (as calculated in E8), the dates (G7:R7) and the cash flows (G8:R8), can I back calculate 15% using any function or formula?
