Average function help

just need small help on Average function, finding difficulties to do average on timings in the enclosed excel sheet.

I want the average of g6:g31 in cell N6, however its give error #DIV/0...

How is the average to be calculated ? Is it a simple average or a weighted average ?

it is simple average, i will take the average handling time for each 15 mins interval for all line and with the help of Average handling time i will able to know how much staffing required as per the data in excel file.

Hi Mohamed, you are trying to do an average of text?
If you would format your column to time, do a text to column of that column, then the average simply works.
