Hello all,
I'm analyzing historical stock portfolios to identify some trading trends with investment managers. This entails looking at their current/starting portfolio and their intended/ending portfolio, and then determining the stocks that overlap with both portfolios as well as their final buy and sell trades. Attached is a sample file with various tabs that shows the types of data involved. I've been conducting my research using pivot tables and vlookups, but it's cumbersome when you're going through hundreds of manager rebalances. Is there a quick way of automating this process? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Sam
