Automatically cell formula filling procedure

I have put sum formula in first tables C7 cell.

Is there any option to enter same formula in other total table’s cell automatically whenever I put the formula in C7 without copying it?

The gap between every table is 4 rows.Please find the attachment.

Convert each table to Excel table, that way, you can add total row, which will give you with lots of function option.
