Automatically carry information over to a different tab

I am setting up a list of project tender numbers

On the following tab, will be the list of project numbers


We are looking at having a coloumn in the tender number list, with the status of the tender (pending, unsuccessful or successful)


When the status changes to successful, we want the information in that row, to carry over to the project number tab.


I tried an advanced filter, which is fine, but we will need to run the advanced filter every time a new project is won.

Is there anyway to set this up automatically?

Or even if we add a tick box column that we ticked the successful projects to make the information carry over?

You could use the formula approach I describe here:

The criteria would be the status column, and would let you dynamically bring over items that meet the criteria.
