Automatic Update of data for KPI dashboard

I've created my dashboard and the way I want it to look - however, all of the data is in outlying spreadsheets - same server and I'm able to access. Is there a way to create a Macro for an update (click of a button). Also, in this Macro, I'd need to move current over to prior and update current with newest week. I think I can figure out the move part, I'm struggling with the current. How do I instruct my macro to go to the newest percentage in a data set?
