Automatic Cell Updating, Please Help.

Hi friends. Good day.

I wish to do automatic updating of cells after selecting an entity from a drop-down list.

I am doing a form. Say, when I select an institution from the list of cells (Picture 2), B18 and B19 will be updated based on the information in the database from another sheet (Picture1).

Please help. If you could refer me to a better option, that would also be more welcomed. Thank you in advance. God bless.
