Automated filling of cells whenever list is UNIQUELY updated

Dear Sir, I have a table, as attached. The master data is Column A, and i have another sheet to receive extractions (colum B). What i want is that, anytime Colum A is filled, it should automatically appear in column B but without repeating the same data. It is something of a unique feature but please help me use another formula, i do not want to use unique formula. whenever column A is updated, it shouldly uniquely appear in Column B. Thank You.

You could always lease Excel 365, in which case the solution is
= UNIQUE(Table1)
