Autogenerate worksheet

Hi,

I am trying to autogenerate a matrix with three vaues in each cell. The first value is the row, the second value is constant and the third value is the column.

How can I autogenerate all the cells? I have 85 rows and over 5000 columns so I wont do it manually.

Attached is a worksheet with a few examples for you to see the pattern.
