auto updation of data ?

for eg:- if a staff joined on 01.01.11 and i want excel to calculate automatically his gratuity and leave salary with each day is passed.


if his salary 1000/- and joined on 01.01.11 . i want excel to calculate from his salary and starting from his joining date what will be his gratuity.


if his gratuity is 30days in a years that means excel should calculate 30/360=0.083 at each day is passed.


Any option ?

If base salary is in A2, start date is in A3, I believe your formula would be:

=A2 + (TODAY()-A3)*(30/360)
