Auto sum formula

can we have the formula that argues : if the text 'total' in in this particular cell then
put sum of cell right above 'total' cell and B3
see the attached file plz

SUM function is right but i want if condition with sum
i want that upper cell (i.e. from B10 to B8) should be activated and text from that cell should be selected.
