Auto Sorting of Pivot Table

Hi Team,

Is there any way where a pivot table will be sorted automatically based on a certain column when the raw data was completely changed without using a macro command? We have this 1 report file wherein we need to submit on a daily basis so our raw data will be updated on a daily basis.

I have uploaded the file for your perusal; there were 4 pivot tables that needs to be sorted from highest to smallest figure on the 3rd columns.

Hi Rhon...

If you sort a pivot table, whenever you refresh (or change filters) the sort is reapplied automatically. This is the default behavior. Have you tried setting up the sort and refreshing data on your pivots?

I have no idea yet on how to set the sort and refresh data on pivots. may you please walk me through it.
