auto populating columns

Hello guys, I would like to utilise excel basic funtion whereby you start to type in a name and if the name already exists by hitting return it adds it to the next cell down.

I would like to expand this be able to replicate existing entries from several colunms as per my example attached. Should the name not exist then i would populate all the colunms in the normal way. Is there a simple to achieve this without using copy/paste.
The PWD: "tracsis" will be required I am using excel 2007 should this help.

Thank you

You can turn this on by:-

Clicking on File / Options.

Then click on Advanced and under the Editing options, look for and check the Enable AutoComplete for cell values box to turn this option on. (or uncheck to turn off!)

Hope this helps

Hello Jules, this option was already enabled. I bounced it but made no difference, any other suggestions?
