Good morning,
I am having excel macro file to send email to multiple user's at single click via outlook with out any manual intractions.
The same way, I am looking for macro to send email to multiple user's at sigle click via lotus notes 8.5.
I am attaching the existing excel file with macro.
Before run the macro some data's need to keep in place.
In this excel contains of two sheets in the name of RDBMailOutlook and Raw data. Yellow highlighted headers are formula and green are same details.
I have set of mail id's, LAN's, multiple format PDF files in different folders.
Raw data sheet
A column - I have to mentioned the welcome letter path, where i save the statndard single PDF file in the path.
B column - I will paste Multiple unique LAN's.
C column - It contains formula, i will just drag till the "B column" ends.
D column - I will paste Multiple unique LAN's.
E column - I have to mentioned the LOD path, where i save the statndard single PDF file in the path.
F column - It contains formula, i will just drag till the "B column" ends.
G column - I have to mentioned the Fair practice code path, where i save the statndard single PDF file in the path.
H column - It contains formula, i will just drag till the "B column" ends.
I, J, K, L - It contains formula, i will just drag till the "B column" ends.
RDBMailOutlook sheet
A column (from A7 to till the mail id's available) - I just keep it as "Yes", if i keep "No" the mail will not go for the particular row. So i always keep "Yes".
F column - I will paste the list of mail id's which needs to send mails.
I, J, K - It contains formula, i will just drag till the "F column" ends.
