Auto generate numbers under Lists

I am trying to construct a List from Data Validation to display values between zero and a maximum number that is referenced from another cell (say 20 for illustration purpose in this case).


Is there a way to accomplish this without creating a long list of numbers from 0 to the said predefined values?

I dont think you can do it. He wants to find the large number in a list. Then wants in a data validation cell to populate from 0 to the large number found. For instance.


If =max turns out to be 45. He wants a data validation list to populate with the options from 0 to 45.

I don't think you need to construct such a list for data validation.
