Auto Deleting Specific Cells in a Spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet I use to score pool matches. At the end of the week I'd like to delete the contents of certain cells to start the new scoresheet. Is there any way I can create a "Delete Button" that would let me empty all current data so I could start off fresh? Thanks!

The cells I want to empty for a new session are:
B10, B42, B45
C2, C11:C15
D11:D39
I10, I42
J11:J15

By Heavy Yellow I meant "Dark Yellow" to highlight the above referenced cells. When I publish this I protect the sheets to prevent the non-geeks from screwing things up. Thanks for looking at this for me.
