Attrition Report

hi to all,

I want your help to complete the report which i have attached.

Basically in the report i have prepared two charts:

1st One ---> It's show month wise and reason wise attrition count

2nd ---. It's show process wise and reason wise count.

but i just want to add month wise also.

so i used for this form control with option button and have prepared month.

but i don't know how to link month ..

from sheet4 data need to select .


please can anyone help..

Somedra,

One more small concern in the chart 2 in format legend i just want sum of total count instead of overall count.

means i want to remove overall count from that chart and the same need to show at below of format legend.

please can you suggest me.
