Is it possible to make a letter with information, the information is static, I need to change the date and the name of the guest.

Please note our dress code is Resort Casual—no bathing suits in dining venues; light cover-ups, sundresses, polos, and tailored shorts are ideal.
If you’re looking for coffee, Buena Nota Coffee Shop is located across the street from our signature clock. Next to the clock is Peacock Alley, our iconic Manhattan-style bar found at all Waldorf Astoria properties, and right beside it is the Concierge office, open 8am–5pm for any requests. Outside these hours, 24/7 assistance is available via Hilton Honors Chat on the Hilton App or by dialing 0 from your room phone.
For a relaxed lunch or drinks by the pool, Vida Restaurant offers great options next to Tico Tica, with a gelato store nearby for a sweet treat. Adjacent to the gelato store is Kids Club Natunki, a safe and fun space for children with supervised activities throughout the day. For teens, Nasome Club is just past Natunki—continue straight ahead, and on the left side of the pool area, you’ll find stairs located at the underground level near Casita #3. These stairs lead up to the club, which features video games, a movie center, ping pong, billiards, and board games.
If you’re interested in a spa treatment, I can provide the menu and assist with reservations. For outdoor activities, enjoy complimentary kayaks, snorkeling, and paddleboarding at Playa Penca with support from our recreation team. Please note that since all beaches in Costa Rica are public, vendors may be present near the beach offering various services. These vendors do not work with the resort, and while you may choose to use their services at your own risk, we highly recommend booking activities through our trusted team for your safety and convenience. Off-site tours and boat experiences can also be arranged upon request.

As you can see, I need to an Userform so I can change the name of the guest, the date as needed and then print the document as a normal letter, is this possible?
