As I do this formula with excel?

I paste this formula in the worksheet but Excel no doing nothing. Please advise how fix this problem?

Hi ,

I assume you have pasted this formula in a worksheet cell , placed the cursor in that cell , pressed F2 to enter EDIT mode , and then pressed CTRL SHIFT ENTER , to enter the formula as an array formula.

Can you confirm ?
