Apply/Remove iferror formula to/from all the cells in a single command

I have numerous columns and I want to apply/remove If error at once

Is there any way out

Well, simplest method is to edit single cell and then copy down

For this sort of operation there isn't single code that will meet all situation. It is best to use built-in tools and logic to handle it.
