Append Data from one worksheet to another existing workbook

You'll get the majority of your macro by recording yourself doing this.
1. Select the Data to be copied
2. Copy it
3. Open destination workbook
4. Navigate to correct sheet, correct cell.
5. (option) Save & close destination workbook
If you do all that, try viewing the macro and modifying from there. If you still need help, post the recorded macro to here so we can start from there.
