any way to force excel to work from not responding (frozen/loading/stuck)

I thought it was from the calculation but when i take off calculation for it to be manual it gets stuck loading for over a minute.

Not enough info to help you. There are number of factors that can cause this.
Try repairing the file.

If that doesn't work... try one of solutions below.

1. Test if file opens in another computer. If it does, it's likely due to your local installation. Run Office installation repair, or do clean install of Office.

2. Test add-ins, turn all off and see if you can open the file. If you can, turn on add-in one by one and identify the culprit.
