Any Opposite formula of CONCATENATE? or Split the cell value in cells?

Hello Friends,
Need small help from your side.

I have value 9 in cell A1,
now i need 9 zeros in Cell from B1 to Z1.
I'll have to change the value in A column and it is maximum till 25. So i no need to use more columns after column Z.
If i write 5 in A2 then the result would be in B2 to F2 = 0 and rest all till Z column remain blank.
Have also attached here Example file.

We can do it, But i want to whats the max number you will use there

You can extend the number of cells right side as ur requirement

Copy down and across.
