**PLEASE CANCEL THIS POST**. I'm sorry, I don't see that there was a workbook to download that had finish products of all of the challenges.
I tried to complete Chandoo's Extreme In-cell Graph challenge on his 'Conditional Formatting in Excel' page (http://chandoo.org/wp/2008/03/13/want-to-be-an-excel-conditional-formatting-rock-star-read-this/), but I couldn't figure it out.
I recreated the chart and only got as far as creating this formula in the 'Graph' column to replicate his answer, but I don't know how to put it in the conditional formula dialog box to get it to make the "|"s bold and red like his graph.
**I DELETED THE FILE** I have uploaded a file using Excel 2016 from Office 365 Personal.
Can someone answer how to finish this problem so that it works using conditional formatting?
